Become a Successful Non Smoker

Hypnosis will allow you to achieve your goal of being a non smoker. butterfly pic

How do I know that? I know that Hypnosis works because of the amount of people that I have helped to achieve their goal, using hypnosis and the feedback they have given me.

How many sessions does it take? Mostly it takes just one session but because everyone is different it is difficult to predict with certainty, but I will say that 80% of people using hypnosis with me to become a non smoker only needed one session. The cost of each non smoking session is £150 investment.

What is my investment? One session is a £150.00 investment. And I challenge you to name any investment that could produce the sort of return that, the initial £150.00 would produce.

Lets work it out. If you smoke 20 cigarettes per day at £4.00 per pack (Av/UK)

1 week = £28.00
52 weeks = £1456.00
Setting yourself free from smoking.
Initial investment £150.00

Return after one year including deduction of original £150.00 investment is £1306.00 which = 870 % WOW!

This program consists of one extended session + as a special offer you can have a booster session free within the first month if you need it or a backup hypnotherapy DVD to keep you on track.

And as a special incentive you become healthier. And as an extra special Bonus YOU take control of your life.

Information

I’ve put together the following information and I hope it will give you the information that you need to help you make a decision to enter a new time, Healthier and wealthier.

The arguments about whether or not smoking is addictive will continue and will make very little difference to the smoker who stands on one side saying “ I don’t care about all that I just want to stop.“ But there are certain things you should know and consider when working towards becoming a non smoker.

You may have noticed in that sentence I didn’t mention the words, stop, stopping, giving up, giving in, surrendering, or any other negative word and that is because of a very important human trait. The trait of rebellion, of not following the party line, of wanting to be different. The difficulty with this human trait is that any pressure applied by someone or something on the outside, even if it is indirect pressure, will cause the opposite effect.

The person who has pressure put on them to comply with someone else’s idea of how they should live will rebel, and that rebellion may take many forms, for instance, the person may comply outwardly but may feel a burning resentment inside, the person may smoke even more etc.

So this is something that you can do only if you want to do it.

It should also be considered that becoming a non smoker is a gain, something that you are achieving, a taking control of your life the only thing that you are stopping, is, damaging you, the only thing that you are giving up, giving in, surrendering to is illness, disease, cancer, coughing, smelling like an ashtray.

So lets consider first of all , why do you smoke and why does it seem so hard to change.

The reasons that you started smoking are known only to you but it may have been to be one of the gang, rebellion against parents, authority etc. it may have been to put on an act of confidence, sophistication etc., but whatever started it off your subconscious mind accepted this behaviour and is using it to this day.

These are the points put forward to say that smoking is not clinically addictive.

IS SMOKING CLINICALLY ADDICTIVE?

The simple answer is - NO! There has never been a clinically addictive drug available in the UK without a prescription.

Cigarettes are NOT clinically addictive.

People who are clinically addicted to, for example, heroine, and who stop taking it, will immediately display a predictable range of withdrawal symptoms that can almost be timetabled. These include stomach cramps, severe pain in the joints etc.

Cigarettes, however, can be stopped with no withdrawal symptoms in the literal sense of the word. In fact any withdrawal symptoms will be pretty much what people believe them to be, based on what they have been told.

Similarly with clinically addictive drugs, the body builds up an immunity to the substance, and fairly quickly demands an ever-increasing dosage to satisfy the body's needs. This does not apply to tobacco: most people quickly find an acceptable daily intake, and stay with that for most of their smoking lives.

Now my opinion.

I believe that smoking is addictive in the broad sense of the word, that is, any pattern of behaviour or anything that you ingest can satisfy physical and psychological needs to such an extent that it becomes addictive.

I also believe that when you smoke the main constituent that you are breathing in besides the tars etc., is carbon monoxide and as you may know carbon monoxide is a killer.

As carbon monoxide enters the bloodstream oxygen is removed and the person starts to go to sleep, if carbon monoxide inhalation was continuous death would ensue, but with the smoker carbon monoxide inhalation is interspersed with periods of air inhalation so the balance of carbon monoxide and oxygen is maintained at a certain level.

This level when maintained for an extended period is acknowledged by the subconscious as the correct level and it will do its utmost to maintain this balance.

So if you stop smoking for long enough, your subconscious will eventually adapt to the new balance and stop trying to make you smoke, with all those withdrawal symptoms, Some people do use this method and are successful provided that the smoking is just an outworn habit and there are no real psychological reasons for smoking.

What is it that makes you want to reduce your conscious level.

What is your subconscious mind trying to achieve by using smoking as a symptom. Is it a way to not feel guilty when you want a rest, or a way to rebel, or something to do to overcome lack of self worth, something to do with your hands, a way to feel part of a group. It could be any of these reasons, and, you may never know exactly what it is but by persuading the subconscious to find a better way to achieve its objective, then you can become a non-smoker without transferring to overeating or any other negative behaviour.

The most effective way to reach the subconscious under normal circumstances, is by using an altered state of consciousness known as hypnosis, something that some of us spend a great deal of time in, much the same as daydreaming or that time when you first become awake after sleeping, and you still have your eyes closed but you are completely aware of everything, you know you are awake but you lie there just assembling your thoughts for the day. When we help you contact your subconscious, you can readjust the behaviour, to a more consciously acceptable behaviour to achieve in a better way whatever positive purpose was being achieved by smoking.

Even More Information

SMOKING WEAKENS YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM!

If you weigh up the advantages and disadvantages of being a smoker, you will always come to the same conclusion - only an idiot would actually choose to suck lethal poisons into their body, and as an ex-smoker (45 a day) I should know!

This, however, is something that all smokers know, even if they continually protest about free choice etc. The trick is to always remember that you are not making a sacrifice by being a non-smoker, because smoking does absolutely nothing for you at all; other than destroy your immune system - leaving you open to many fatal illnesses, empty your bank account, and make your body and breath smell.

You are already aware of the benefits to be gained by becoming a non-smoker, but you really don't need to avoid other people who smoke - instead just look at them, and be quietly proud that you have achieved something they have not. Those smokers are still "hooked", and destroying cells in every part of their body at a greatly accelerated pace.

Cigarettes weaken the immune system!

It is now a clinically proven fact that every living person has dormant, sub-microscopic, organisms within their body which contain illnesses such as Cancer, Parkinson's Disease, MS, and hundreds of other potentially killer "non-viral" diseases. Fortunately the immune system is strong enough to keep these potential illnesses at bay throughout our lives.

Should a person's immune system become weakened by having to deal with the numerous poisons inhaled when smoking, any one of these dormant organisms can be activated - drastically shortening the life of that person.

Turbo-boost your immune system -with Vitamin C

Daily use of Vitamin C tablets will repair and boost you immune system, which will have been damaged by smoking, and can be purchased from any good health food shop. Ask for 500mg controlled release tablets (take 2 a day - they are perfectly safe).

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. If a smoker gets a cold, then it is inclined to hang on longer than it should, and may even produce a rattley cough deep in the chest. This is the forerunner of chronic bronchitis, a killer, and is due in part to the absence of the cilia, small hair-like membranes in the lungs and windpipe. They have been broken off after being coated by tars and chemicals in the smoke. Their job is to transport mucus from the lower reaches of the lungs to the throat where we can get rid of it. If they don't exist, the lungs can become seriously infected as we get older.

2. I know that some people talk about the individual they knew/heard of, who smoked eighty a day and lived until he was 105. Well, that may be so, but I've heard of far more who smoked twenty a day and didn't make it to their 50th birthday.

3. I know that some people say things like "What's the point? I could stop smoking today and get run over by a bus tomorrow!" Well, yes, you could. But it wouldn't be voluntary, would it?

4. Smoking damages the immune system, though obviously not as much as AIDS. That is the main reason why smokers are more prone to viral infections.

5. Smoking affects the reflexes. In tests, it was discovered that drivers who smoke were far more likely to make errors of judgment and were slower to hit the brake during reflex tests.

6. The motivation that got most people started - to be accepted, or to look "clever" comes from exactly the same part of the mind as the motivation to stop. They persisted, then, to become a smoker, so they can now achieve the reverse effect if they apply the same persistence.

7. Some people have told me that the first cigarette of the day really sets them up, gives them a surge of energy, etc. Then they tell me that they will have one whenever they get stressed and need to calm down or unwind, or to simply relax..... what a strange drug this is! I usually agree that the first one of the day may well give them a psychological "lift"....but still only to a lower level than they will already have as a non-smoker.

8. The need for cigarettes is rapidly becoming viewed as the domain of the less intelligent.

9. As much as some people feel the need to smoke, how would they feel if their employer was trying to make them work in a room where they had to inhale poisonous substances at regular intervals?

14. Smoking is the main cause of impotence in men. Most people are aware that the arteries are narrowed due to the poisons inhaled from a burning cigarette. The vast majority of men, however, do not realise that, to maintain an erection, the arteries must be healthy.
